With a long history of drawing already behind me (using pencils) the next step in translating that experience into ink was to start drawing the familiar, as a guide and measure, applying newly developing techniques to objects found in the observable world.

So, although surrealistic in nature, this drawing was actually just an anatomical study that spontaneously took shape as I started adding random body parts, from the top down.
