The Entrance Door

As an automatic drawing, "The Entrance Door" is a self-referencing piece that (in my opinion) actually sheds light on the process of creating art through Automatism (random mark making), utilized as a key for opening locked doors within the unconscious (such as the red door in the background, which is part of a morphing landscape that only becomes visible as it is explored).
