A Happy Ending

Although technically unfinished, I couldn't help but title this piece "A Happy Ending"... because I was done with it. And, because after struggling to maintain focus throughout this drawing's creation, my resigned concession, which officially punctuated the work with a happy face and scribbles, still seemed to salvage what otherwise felt like a failed translation, an undeterminable something that felt inadequately expressed.
